Accounts Officer Duties

   This is to certify that XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX has worked with us as an Accounts Officer from 7th September 2005 to 20th June 2011. She was performing the following job duties as an Accounts Officer:


·         To plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operation of an accounting, audit or other financial department.
·         To develop and implement the financial policies, system and procedures of an establishment.
·         To prepare or co-ordinate the preparation of financial statement, summaries and other cost-benefits analyses and financial management reports.
·         To co-ordinate the financial planning   and budgets process, and analyze and correct estimates.
·         To supervise the development and implementation of financial simulation model.
·         To evaluate financial reporting system, accounting procedure and investment activities and make recommendation for changes to procedure, operating system, budgets and other financial control function to senior manager and other department or regional manager.
·         To recruit, organize, train and manage staff.
·         To act as liaison between the organization and its shareholder, the investing public and external financial analysts.
·         To establish profitability standards for investment activities and handle merges and/or acquisitions.
·         To notify and report to senior management concerning and trends that is critical to the organization’s financial performance.

She has left the company on to pursue better career.
